So, your out of town visiting your parents for Thanksgiving. You find yourself sitting around eating and drinking as the main activity for the day. Now, don’t get me wrong…there is nothing wrong with that but if your like me… you might just implode. If you can find 30-40 mins to sneak away and perform this “no gym required workout” you can scorch calories, boost your metabolism and feel less guilty about the feast coming your way.
Goal here is to burn the most amount of calories in a short period of time. We are using explosive movements and fast intervals while focusing on the entire body. You won’t need equipment!! It is 5 exercises that will repeat 3 times with changing repetitions.
5 min jogging warm up
50 high knee jump ropes or simply high knees
25 explosive pop squats
50 bicycle crunches
15 military style push ups
15 tricep dips using chair or bench
100 high knee jump ropes or simply high knees
35 explosive pop squats
75 bicycle crunches
15 military style push ups
15 tricep dips using chair or bench
100 high knee jump ropes or simply high knees
50 explosive pop squats
50 bicycle crunches
15 military style push ups
15 tricep dips using chair or bench
10-15 min jogging cool down
