These are so good! I came across the recipe and wanted to try them out. They are savory, crunchy and healthy!!! You can use them as a salad topper or eat plain as a snack.
2 cups garbanzo beans (wash and remove skin)
2 table spoons olive oil (coat evenly)
Season to taste.
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon Chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon Garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon Cumin
Spread over a pan. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake for 45-55 mins. You want them crunchy!
Let cool and done!
