Ok, I love sweets but hate feeling guilty! After many many attempts, I have nailed a recipe that I think you will love! I personally make these 3 times a week! They are SUGAR FREE!
Servings: 9 large brownies
Fat: 3.2 gr
Protein: 6.7 gr
3/4 cup carb quick
3 table spoons dark coco powder
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1 table spoon vanilla ext
1 packet geletin
1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt/ or pumpkin pure
1/4 cup Lily’s chocolate chips (stevia sweetened)
1 scoop chocolate Whey Protein
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Start by mixing all dry ingredients and then add in the wet ones. Bake for about 15-20 mins. You want the top: center to just barely be done. To make them moist, pull out just when the top is no longer wet and set aside to cool.
Enjoy with out the guilt!!
